Linda is a creative photographer and her aim is to express a personal depiction of her environment, looking beyond the obvious, to capture the atmosphere of the scene and the vision she is trying to convey. She enjoys experimenting and pushing the boundaries in her photography.

Linda has gained two Fellowships of the Royal Photographic Society, the first in May 2013 and the second in June 2022, both in the Visual Art Photography category. She has been involved with the RPS for many years, serving on the Licentiate Distinction panel and working with the Visual Art Group in various capacities, including recently setting up the new Visual Art London sub-group. She gained the EFIAP Bronze distinction in 2014.

Linda’s work is exhibited widely both within the UK and internationally, including at the Royal Albert Hall, the National Theatre, the Oxo Gallery and the Saatchi Gallery in London and at the Huangshan Yixian International Festival in China. She has had her images and articles published in numerous magazines and other publications.

Linda has published three books, her latest entitled ‘The Aquitaine Countryside’, showing Linda’s images of the French countryside, was published in September 2024. The first entitled ‘Creative Photography’, which goes through in-camera creative techniques as well as detailed Photoshop techniques, was first published in July 2019 (the second edition in February 2024). Her second book entitled ‘Overlooked Beauty’, showing Linda’s successful Fellowship images, was published in September 2023.

Linda enjoys sharing her expertise with others and gives talks to the RPS and camera clubs. Recently she has presented a series of creative photography workshops recorded in the Autumn 2025 with Camversation Community.
Linda was delighted and honoured to be invited to become a Member of The London Salon of Photography in December 2025.
